NoDZoMBIE is operated by RSGT, LLC. Use the site or buy from us, and you're agreeing to these. Short and straight.

1. Eligibility

You can form a binding contract (or have a guardian's OK) to order.

2. Made-to-order

Items are produced on demand. Screen colors vary slightly from print. Use the size charts.

3. Pricing & errors

USD, subject to change. Obvious price/typo errors may be canceled and refunded — we'll tell you.

4. Orders

We can refuse or cancel any order (fraud, errors, limits). Canceled = refunded.

5. Intellectual property

All NoDZoMBIE designs, names, logos, and copy belong to RSGT, LLC and are protected by IP law. Don't copy, resell, or reproduce them without written permission. See our Intellectual Property policy for our DMCA process. The references are ours. So is the skull.

6. Email & SMS communications

By providing your email or phone number and opting in, you consent to transactional messages (order and shipping updates) and, if you opt in, marketing messages (offers, new drops) by email and/or text. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel texts or HELP for help; unsubscribe from email anytime. 7. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, scrape it, or interfere with how it runs.

8. Third-party services & fulfillment

We rely on third parties (Shopify, payment processors, and our print partners) to run the store and fulfill orders. Their services are governed by their own terms.

9. Shipping, returns & refunds

Governed by our Shipping and Returns & Refunds policies, which are part of these terms.

10. Disclaimers

Site and products provided “as is” to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise a perfect site — we promise to make problems right.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSGT, LLC's total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the product at issue. No liability for indirect or incidental damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify RSGT, LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

13. Governing law

Governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes handled in the courts located in Texas.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
