Straight version: made to order, then moved out. No warehouse full of dead stock — built when you order, shipped when it's ready.

• Pack & ship: orders, on average, pack and ship in 2–5 business days (made to order). Can run longer during holidays or a surge.
• Domestic arrival: once it ships, US orders arrive on average in 2–5 business days.
• International: generally received within 10–14 business days, longer depending on customs and location.
• Free shipping over $50. Under that, a flat rate shows at checkout. No games.
• Where we ship: US and select international (shown at checkout).
• Tracking: emailed when it ships. Check spam if it goes quiet.
• Bad address, bad outcome. Confirm your address at checkout — we can't redirect a package already chasing a typo.
