When does my order ship?

Made to order, then moved out — no warehouse full of dead stock. Orders pack and ship in 2–5 business days; US delivery runs 2–5 business days after that. International generally lands in 10–14 business days, longer through customs. If we're working through a surge, we'll say so straight.

Free shipping?

Free US shipping over $75. Under that, a flat rate shows at checkout. No games.

Are the designs original?

They're ours — the references, the artwork, the skull. We protect them; see our Intellectual Property policy. Concerns go to legal@nodzombie.com.

Something wrong with the order?

If it's wrong, we make it right. Email customerservice@nodzombie.com within 30 days — we may ask for a photo, then in almost every case we ship a free replacement, no need to send anything back. Or take an item of equal value or a full refund. Details on Returns & Refunds.

Sizing?

Check the size guide on each product. Tees are a modern unisex fit that runs slightly relaxed — size down for a closer fit.
