Our work is ours

All NoDZoMBIE designs, artwork, references, slogans, product copy, logos, the skull, and the NoDZoMBIE name are the property of RSGT, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Don't copy, reproduce, resell, or use them without written permission. The references are ours. So is the skull.

Reporting copyright infringement (DMCA)

If you believe content on this store infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notice to our designated agent at legal@nodzombie.com (subject: “DMCA Notice”) including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the allegedly infringing material, with a link or enough detail to locate it.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
